Why Elevate24 Exists
Elevate24 exists because too many young people are being failed by systems designed to support them. Across the UK, young people - particularly those from disadvantaged and marginalised communities - face entrenched inequality, exclusion from education and employment, unmet mental health needs, and prolonged exposure to trauma. These challenges are not the result of individual failure, but of systemic barriers that limit opportunity, silence potential, and deepen social division.

Youth exclusion, whether through school exclusion, unemployment, or disengagement from public services, often becomes a gateway to long-term disadvantage. When early warning signs are ignored, young people are left navigating poverty, instability, and fear without the guidance or protection they need. Reactive interventions arrive too late, addressing crises rather than preventing them.

Elevate24 was created to intervene earlier, act differently, and think long-term. We exist to bridge the gap between young people and the systems around them - education, employment, mental health support, and community services - by providing structured support, trusted relationships, and clear pathways forward. Our work is grounded in understanding trauma, challenging inequality, and restoring dignity.

Elevate24 is a Community Interest Company, not a commercial provider driven by profit. Our work exists to deliver social value, long-term impact, and meaningful change for young people and communities who are often underserved by mainstream services.

Unlike commercial providers that focus on short-term outputs or individual transactions, Elevate24 takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and systems-based approach. We work with the whole person - addressing education, employment, wellbeing, identity, and lived experience - rather than offering one-off interventions.
Our programmes are designed around relationships, trust, and continuity. We stay engaged beyond initial outcomes, providing consistent support through critical life transitions. This long-term commitment allows us to prevent harm rather than simply respond to crises.

All income and surplus generated by Elevate24 is reinvested directly into community impact, expanding access, improving quality, and strengthening support for those who need it most. Decisions are guided by social need, not shareholder return.

Elevate24 C.I.C is a Community Interest Company (CIC) established under UK law to operate for the benefit of the community. We exist to deliver social impact rather than private profit and are regulated by the Office of the Community Interest Companies Regulator.

As a CIC, Elevate24 is subject to an asset lock, ensuring that any surplus or profit generated is reinvested into our mission or used to benefit the communities we serve. This structure guarantees transparency, accountability, and a long-term commitment to public benefit.
