WHAT WE DO

Mentoring & Coaching

Elevate24 provides structured mentoring and coaching for young people aged 16–24 who are navigating complex challenges including poverty, exclusion from education or employment, trauma, and limited access to positive role models.

Our mentoring approach is relationship-led, trauma-informed, and goal-focused. Young people are matched with trusted mentors who offer consistent guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Coaching sessions focus on building confidence, resilience, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.

We support young people to set clear goals, overcome barriers, and take practical steps toward education, employment, and personal growth. Mentoring is not a one-off intervention; it is an ongoing process that adapts as young people progress through key life transitions.

By combining lived experience with professional practice, Elevate24’s mentoring and coaching programmes help young people move from uncertainty to direction, and from potential to progress.

Problem
Many young people facing poverty, exclusion, trauma, and systemic inequality lack consistent, trusted adult support. This absence of guidance often leads to low confidence, disengagement from education or work, and limited belief in their own potential.

Solution
Elevate24 provides structured, trauma-informed mentoring and coaching delivered by trained professionals and credible role models. Through one-to-one and group support, we offer guidance, accountability, goal-setting, and practical life skills in safe, supportive environments.

Outcome
Young people develop confidence, self-belief, and emotional resilience. They make informed choices, re-engage with education or employment, and build positive relationships—creating sustainable pathways toward independence, leadership, and long-term success.

Employability & Skills Training

Elevate24 delivers employability and skills training programmes designed to support young people aged 16–24 into meaningful education, training, and sustainable employment. Our work focuses on those facing barriers such as long-term unemployment, poor educational outcomes, limited work experience, and systemic disadvantage.

Our programmes combine practical skills development with confidence building and workplace readiness. Young people receive support with CV writing, interview preparation, communication skills, digital literacy, and understanding workplace expectations. We also help participants identify strengths, explore career pathways, and develop transferable skills that employers value.

Elevate24 works in partnership with employers, training providers, and community organisations to create real opportunities, not just preparation. We prioritise progression into apprenticeships, further education, employment, or entrepreneurship.

By addressing both skills and self-belief, Elevate24 equips young people to compete fairly in the labour market and build long-term economic independence.

The Problem
Many young people—particularly those from marginalised and deprived backgrounds—face persistent barriers to employment. These include limited access to quality education, lack of work experience, low confidence, discrimination, digital exclusion, and weak professional networks.

As a result, young people are disproportionately affected by unemployment, insecure work, and long-term economic exclusion.

Our Solution
Elevate24 delivers structured employability and skills programmes that combine practical training with personal development. This includes CV building, interview preparation, digital and workplace skills, confidence coaching, and exposure to real employment pathways. Programmes are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to the needs and strengths of each participant.

The Outcome
Young people gain recognised skills, improved confidence, and clearer career direction. Participants are better prepared to access education, training, and sustainable employment, reducing long-term unemployment and dependency. Communities benefit from increased economic participation, resilience, and a stronger, more skilled future workforce.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

Elevate24 recognises that many young people face unmet mental health needs linked to trauma, poverty, exclusion, and systemic inequality. Our Mental Health & Wellbeing support is embedded across all our programmes, ensuring emotional safety, understanding, and early intervention.

We provide safe spaces, trusted relationships, and wellbeing-focused activities that help young people build resilience, emotional literacy, and coping strategies. Our approach is trauma-informed and preventative, supporting young people before challenges escalate into crisis.

Elevate24 does not replace clinical services; instead, we bridge the gap between young people and statutory support. We work alongside schools, health services, and community partners to encourage engagement, reduce stigma, and improve access to appropriate mental health care.

By prioritising wellbeing, Elevate24 helps young people stabilise, regain confidence, and engage positively with education, employment, and community life.

The Problem
Many young people facing poverty, exclusion, racism, and trauma experience high levels of anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and unresolved trauma. Despite significant need, they are often under-referred to mental-health services, lack culturally competent support, and mistrust formal systems. This leads to crisis escalation, school disengagement, substance misuse, and long-term poor outcomes.

Our Solution
Elevate24 provides early-intervention, trauma-informed mental-health support in safe, non-judgmental community settings. Through mentoring, emotional-resilience programmes, wellbeing workshops, and supported referrals, we help young people understand their mental health, build coping strategies, and access appropriate services. Our approach is culturally aware, relationship-led, and grounded in trust.

The Outcome
Young people develop improved emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. Mental-health challenges are addressed earlier, reducing crisis intervention, exclusion, and harm. Participants feel supported, understood, and empowered—leading to better engagement in education, employment, and community life, and stronger long-term wellbeing.

Education & Inclusion

Elevate24 works to ensure that young people are supported to remain engaged in education and are not excluded due to unmet needs, trauma, or systemic barriers. We focus on those who are at risk of school exclusion, persistent absence, or disengagement from learning.

Our approach promotes inclusive education, recognising that young people learn in different ways and require understanding, flexibility, and appropriate support. We work with schools, alternative provision, and community partners to re-engage young people, improve attendance, and strengthen learning outcomes.

Elevate24 advocates for fair treatment, challenges disproportionate exclusions, and supports young people who have been marginalised due to behaviour, neurodiversity, or social disadvantage. We help young people rebuild confidence in education and develop positive relationships with learning environments.

By prioritising inclusion over exclusion, Elevate24 supports pathways back into education, training, and long-term opportunity.

The problem
Many young people—particularly those from minoritised and disadvantaged backgrounds—are excluded from education through suspension, disengagement, unmet additional needs, and systemic bias. Neurodiversity, trauma, poverty, and discrimination often go unrecognised, leading to underachievement, school exclusion, and long-term social and economic disadvantage.

Our solution
Elevate24 delivers inclusive, trauma-informed education support that bridges gaps between young people, schools, families, and services. We provide tailored mentoring, advocacy, re-engagement programmes, and learning support that recognise individual strengths, lived experience, and diverse learning needs. We work alongside educators to promote inclusive practice and early intervention.

The outcome
Young people are re-engaged in education, supported to succeed academically and personally, and empowered to access fair opportunities. Schools benefit from improved attendance, reduced exclusions, and stronger relationships with learners. Communities see increased progression into further education, training, and employment—breaking cycles of exclusion and inequality.

Community & Police Relations

Elevate24 works to strengthen relationships between young people, communities, and public services—particularly the police—where trust has been damaged by fear, exclusion, or negative experiences. We recognise that strained relationships can increase harm, disengagement, and community tension.

Our approach focuses on dialogue, understanding, and prevention. We facilitate safe, structured spaces where young people can voice concerns, share experiences, and develop constructive relationships with professionals. At the same time, we support agencies to better understand the realities faced by young people in marginalised communities.

Elevate24 promotes early intervention, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving to improve safety and cohesion. By rebuilding trust and communication, we help reduce fear, antisocial behaviour, and long-term risk.

Our aim is not enforcement, but mutual respect, accountability, and safer communities for everyone.

Problem
Many young people—particularly those from minoritised and disadvantaged communities—experience strained, mistrustful, or harmful relationships with the police and other public services. This mistrust is driven by over-policing, racial disproportionality, lack of meaningful dialogue, and historical trauma. As a result, young people feel unheard and unsafe, while institutions struggle to engage communities effectively, leading to fear, disengagement, and increased conflict.

Solution
Elevate24 acts as a trusted intermediary, creating structured, safe, and facilitated spaces where young people, police, and community stakeholders can engage in honest dialogue. We deliver restorative workshops, joint training sessions, youth–police forums, and trauma-informed engagement programmes that build understanding, accountability, and mutual respect. Our work prioritises listening, transparency, and relationship-building over enforcement.

Outcome
Improved trust and communication between young people and public services; reduced fear and conflict; stronger community cohesion; and more effective, fair, and human-centred policing. Young people feel seen and protected, while institutions gain insight, legitimacy, and stronger partnerships—supporting safer communities and long-term social stability.

Leadership & Youth Voice

Elevate24 believes that young people are not problems to be fixed, but leaders to be developed. Too often, those most affected by inequality are excluded from decisions that shape their lives. We exist to change that.

We create structured opportunities for young people to lead, influence, and co-design the programmes and solutions that impact their communities. Through youth leadership development, peer mentoring, forums, and social-action projects, participants build confidence, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.

Young people are supported to speak openly, challenge injustice, and contribute meaningfully to policy, practice, and community change. Their lived experience is treated as expertise.

By centring youth voice, Elevate24 nurtures future role models, strengthens civic participation, and ensures that change is informed, sustainable, and rooted in real experience—not assumptions.

Problem
Young people—particularly those from marginalised and disadvantaged backgrounds—are often excluded from decision-making processes that affect their lives. Their voices are overlooked, their experiences misunderstood, and leadership potential suppressed by systemic inequality, low expectations, and lack of access to safe platforms for expression.

Solution
Elevate24 creates structured, supported pathways for youth leadership. We provide leadership training, peer-mentoring, youth forums, and co-production opportunities where young people help design programmes, influence local services, and lead community initiatives. Lived experience is recognised as expertise, and young people are supported to develop confidence, communication skills, and civic awareness.

Outcome
Young people become confident leaders, advocates, and role models within their communities. Decisions and services are better informed, trust between institutions and young people improves, and sustainable, youth-led change is embedded—strengthening communities and shaping fairer systems for the future.
