PARTNER WITH US
Work alongside Elevate24 C.I.C to deliver meaningful, long-term impact for young people and communities. We collaborate with schools, local authorities, police, charities, funders, and businesses to design and deliver evidence-informed, preventative solutions.

Refer a Young Person
Elevate24 C.I.C accepts referrals for young people aged 16–24 who are experiencing disadvantage, exclusion, or transition challenges. We work with professionals, organisations, and families to provide structured, trauma-informed support tailored to individual needs.

Referrals help young people access mentoring, skills development, wellbeing support, and clear pathways into education, training, or employment-at the right time, with dignity and care.
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are a vital part of Elevate24 C.I.C. We welcome committed individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people through mentoring, skills sharing, facilitation, or community engagement.

All volunteers are supported, trained, and aligned with our values of safety, structure, and dignity. By giving your time and expertise, you help create stable pathways, restore confidence, and contribute to long-term change for young people and communities.
Fund / support
Support Elevate24 C.I.C by investing in preventative, community-led change. Funding and in-kind support enable us to deliver mentoring, skills training, wellbeing support, and leadership development for young people facing inequality and exclusion.
