WHO WE SUPPORT
Elevate24 C.I.C supports young people aged 16–24 and the wider communities around them who are affected by systemic inequality, exclusion, and unmet need. We work primarily with individuals facing poverty, unemployment, educational disruption, trauma, discrimination, and barriers linked to race, neurodiversity, mental health, and social disadvantage.

Our focus includes young people at risk of exclusion, involvement with the criminal justice system, or disengagement from education and employment, as well as those navigating fractured relationships with institutions such as schools, local authorities, and the police.

We also support families and communities by strengthening trust, building leadership, and creating safe, structured pathways that enable long-term resilience, opportunity, and social cohesion.
