IMPACT
Elevate24 C.I.C creates measurable, long-term impact by addressing the root causes of youth exclusion rather than responding only at crisis point. Through structured mentoring, skills development, and trauma-informed support, young people gain confidence, stability, and direction at critical transition stages of their lives. Participants improve engagement with education, employment, and training, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop leadership capability and self-worth. Communities benefit from increased cohesion, reduced disengagement and antisocial behaviour, and improved relationships with public services. By investing early, restoring dignity, and building sustainable pathways, Elevate24 C.I.C delivers lasting individual transformation and wider social change that continues to compound over time.

our approach
Even at an early stage, Elevate24 C.I.C is guided by a clear, evidence-informed approach. We focus on early intervention, structured support, and relationship-led practice, working alongside young people rather than doing things to them. Our programmes are trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based, recognising lived experience as expertise and potential as something to be unlocked, not fixed. We prioritise consistency, accountability, and long-term engagement, building trust first and outcomes second. By co-designing support with young people and partners, we create practical pathways into education, employment, leadership, and community participation that are sustainable, scalable, and rooted in dignity.
impact through stories

Even in our early stages, Elevate24 C.I.C has begun to make a real difference in young people’s lives. These anonymous case-study stories illustrate the practical impact of our work:
-
Case Study 1: A 17-year-old disengaged from school and struggling with anxiety was matched with a mentor. Through weekly sessions, they rebuilt confidence, improved attendance, and began exploring college and career options.
-
Case Study 2: A young person affected by unemployment and social isolation attended our skills workshops. They gained employability skills, created a CV, and secured a part-time role, feeling empowered and motivated for the future.
-
Case Study 3: A neurodiverse participant facing repeated exclusion was supported through coaching and advocacy. They successfully re-engaged with education and joined a peer leadership programme, discovering a sense of purpose and belonging.
These stories demonstrate how structured support, mentorship, and empowerment create tangible outcomes, even in early-stage programmes, and highlight the long-term potential of our interventions.

What success looks like
Success at Elevate24 C.I.C looks like young people feeling safe, seen, and supported at the earliest point of engagement. Even at an early stage, it is evidenced by increased trust, consistent participation, and improved confidence among young people who were previously disengaged or overlooked. Success means clearer direction, stabilised wellbeing, and renewed belief in future possibilities. It shows in stronger relationships with mentors, re-engagement with education or training, early steps into employment, and young people beginning to voice their aspirations with confidence. At a community level, success is reflected in growing collaboration, reduced isolation, and the foundations being laid for long-term, systemic change.
Long-term outcomes (education, work, wellbeing, safety)
Even at an early stage, Elevate24 C.I.C is designed to generate clear long-term outcomes. Young people are supported to re-engage with education, training, or employment pathways, improving qualifications, job readiness, and economic stability over time. Trauma-informed mentoring and wellbeing support strengthen emotional resilience, mental health, and self-confidence, reducing the risk of crisis, exclusion, or exploitation. As trust and structure increase, participants make safer life choices, experience greater personal security, and develop a sustained sense of purpose. These outcomes contribute to healthier individuals, stronger communities, and reduced long-term demand on public services.
